Kverneland Group received a silver medal at farming trade fair Elmia Agriculture 2022
Kverneland Group received a silver medal at the Swedish national farming trade fair Elmia Agriculture 2022 for the new user interface on the Exacta TL GEOSPREAD iDC, with built-in digital inclination measurement.
The Elmia Agriculture Innovation Award highlights new and innovative technology in agriculture and animal production. The products that receive the award are considered so interesting that they contribute to the development of Swedish agriculture. The Elmia Agriculture Innovation Award awards three entries with a gold award and eight with a silver award.

Every penny counts as prices rise, putting pressure on company profitability. New technologies that improve the precision and efficiency of inputs would improve profitability and also benefit the environment, not least in fertiliser application technology.
The new User Interface on the Exacta TL GEOSPREAD iDC is a new development using a digital inclination sensor to measure the slope of the spreader. The function helps the operator to adjust the machine correctly regardless of whether the ground is sloping or whether the spreader is almost empty or fully loaded - which affects weight distribution and thus the slope. The system helps to ensure an optimal spreading pattern and a more even harvest.
