Q: How do I request access to the portal?
A: A request access button is displayed on the front page, after you have entered the required information the request will be sent to the KvG Sales company, who will give you access and confirm via an email invitation to join the Partner Portal. Please allow some processing time for this request.
Q: I’ve forgotten my password, how do I reset it?
A: After you click on Sign-in on the front page, you will be able to reset your password
Q: What will I see when I am logged in?
A: Following the access rights, you can access one or more of 5 different menus: Sales, Marketing & Products, Parts, Service, Business Support

Q: Where can I find my login details?
A: Your logon details have been sent to you by Invitation from your local representative at Kverneland group.
Your user name will be your e-mail address and you set the password when accepting the invitation and registering for the first time.
The invitation e-mail will come from: User Management Notification Email <Notifications@kvernelandgroup.com> with the title “Kverneland invitation”

Q: Why do you require my mobile phone number?
A: Your phone number will be registered for enabling multi factor authentication (MFA) at a later stage.
Q: How can I report a problem or request an enhancement to the KvG Partner portal?
A: A contact form is embedded in every section / menu. Feel free to add your comment or question. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Q: Will my current log in credentials remain unchanged?
A: Your current credential will not work anymore on the new Partner portal, as we are changing the userID from customer number to personal email address.
Q: Did my account information transfer from the previous portal?
A: Yes, the account information will continue to be stored in our Customer Relations Management (CRM) system and the authentication for portal is integrated with the CRM system
Q: What happens if I don’t have my own professional email address?
A: User name for new Partner portal will be your e-mail and we recommend that you establish a new e-mail account for logging on to Partner portal if you don’t have an e-mail account
Q: Whom shall I contact in case I cannot connect to the new portal?
A: Please get in contact your local representative at Kverneland Group
Q: Can I access the portal via my mobile/ tablet?
A: Yes you can, the partner portal is mobile responsive, meaning that you can access from any devices
Q: The sales manager has left the company, how do we disable his access? and how do we get access for a new colleague?
A: You need to contact your local representative, for new colleague also or you can use the “Request access” form
Q: Is there a limitation in number of access accounts for my dealership?
A: No, there is not such limitation
Q: Can I log in to the Partner Portal when we have several people with the same email address?
A: Yes, you can log in with this email address, but you must use a common password.
Q: Will I be able to access all KvG tools with my new credentials?
A: the New Partner portal is based on Access rights agreed with your local contact, restriction on menu access and Product range based on your distribution contract.
Q: Where can I manage my account?
A: In the portal, you will have access to view profile, change authentication phone number and change password. If you need changes to your profile, you need to contact your local representative at Kverneland Group.
Q: Can I freely choose a password?
A: The password must comply with our password policy; . Your password must be between 8 and 25 characters and have all of the following:
Q: I am the sales manager covering multiple depots for one dealership, how do I see an overview of all depots?
A: The access to the Portal is following how the dealership is registered in our systems. We are currently not able to display aggregated figures across dealer accounts.
Q: I sell all Kverneland products in the range, how do I download one complete Kverneland pricelist?
A: You will have access to the Kverneland Pricelist of the Catalogue group linked to your distribution agreement.
Q: I have not received the sign up email invite, how do I get another?
A: Please refer to your local contact that we can centrally resend you the email invitation.
Q: How long will be current portal be accessible?
A: the current partner portal will be accessible until the end of 2022.
Q: When will I be obliged using the new portal?
A: the new Partner Portal will be the only Partner Portal from January 2023
