Ordering Online Tool

Dealer introduction

Welcome to the new Kverneland Group Ordering Tool.

With the help of the ordering tool, you are able to create quotes for the products of the Kverneland Group for your customers and then to order them directly.

Navigation

1.Product Catalog - Here you will find all the products available to you.
2.Quote overview - Here you will find all quotes that you have made for your customers in the respective selected brand.
3.Order overview - Here you will find all orders that you have submitted to Kverneland Group for the selected brand.
4.Brand Selection - If you sell products from more than one Kverneland Group brand, you can select the brand here. Please note that only products, quotes and orders of the selected brand are displayed.

Scenario 1 – Create a quote and then order

  • If you want to create a quote for your customers to order afterwards, you should choose this scenario. As an alternative to the process described here, you can also go directly to the quote management and create a new quote.
  • After you have logged in, navigate through the product groups to the product selection:

1.Filter mechanism - You can use the filter mechanism to further restrict the products within a product group until you have found the product you want
2.View additional information - If you want to view additional information about a product, you can click the link to obtain additional product information from the website.
3.Configure - When you have found the relevant product, you can configure it or, in the case of non-configurable products (accessories), add it directly to the quote.

Configuration

  • After you have started the configuration you will see this overview:

1.Tab - If there are still open compulsory decisions to be made in an area, this is displayed in red within the tab
2.Mandatory decisions - If a decision is a mandatory decision, a red text “(mandatory)” will appear to the right of the decision. Please also check optional decisions to ensure that the product delivered meets your requirements.
3.Add to quote / Order - After the configuration is complete, you can add the product to a quotation or an order. For this scenario, please select "Add to quote"

Finalize, print and order the quote

  • After you have added all products, you can create an quote in the following overview:

1.End customer view / partner view - When you look at the screen with your customer, you should select the end customer view. Only list prices and discounts that you want to grant your customer are displayed. In the partner view you can see your prices and discounts.
2.quote name - Please give your quote a name.
3.“Customer” and “Details” tabs - Here you can enter additional information that will be printed in the quote for your customer.
4.Own articles - You can use your own articles if you want to include products in the quote that you do not want to order from the Kverneland Group. This could, for example, be products that you already have in stock.
5.Add product directly - Here you can add products directly. Simply enter the product name and select the appropriate product from the list.
6.End customer discount - Here you can give discounts to your customers. These also appear in the printed quote.
7.Activate - After you have activated the quote, it cannot be processed any further. Activate the quote before sending it to your customers. In order to generate an order, the quote must be activated beforehand.

Send quote to your customers and order

  • After you have activated the quote, you can print it and send it to your customers. You will see the following screen:

1.Order - If your customer has accepted the quote, you can order it here.
2.Revise - If you want to change the quote, for example to grant an additional discount or to quote another product, select Revise. The quote can then be edited and reactivated.
3.quote rejected - If your customer has rejected the quote, please select this point.
4.Print - To print the quote and then send it to your customer, please select Print. You will then receive a Word document that you can edit or print out

Request Additional Discount

  • When creating a quote the user must select ‘Partner view’.
  • This gives an extra option against the machine ie item1 – the % sign.
  • When selecting the % sign you get a new screen prompting, the input of either a value of money or a percentage value (plus the type).
  • The user also has to select one of the discount reasons (used machine, demonstration discount, campaign support).
  • Then select ‘update’.
  • When you return to the main screen, the user will see a set of ‘traffic lights’ showing amber. This signifies that the special discount has been requested but not yet authorised by the KAM.
  • Clicking on the ‘Show Discounts’ will list the all discounts applied.
  • NB quote must be saved for this process to work.
  • When the KAM has authorised the special discount the amber light on the traffic light will change to green.
  • Clicking on the ‘Show Discounts’ will list the all discounts applied.
  • The user will be able to continue and process the quote/order.

Scenario 2 - Order directly

  • Alternatively, you can order products directly to the Kverneland Group without creating an quote.
  • To order products directly, please proceed in the same way as in scenario 1. In the configuration, however, do not select "Add to quote", but rather "Add to order". A new order is thus automatically created.
  • Alternatively, you can also navigate directly to the order management and create a new order here, to which you can then add products.
